• What is a search engine?
  A search engine is a website with a program that is dedicated to searching documents (i.e. web pages, which are HTML documents) for specified keywords and returns the list of documents. A search engine has 2 parts: a spider and an indexer. The spider is the program that fetches the documents, and the indexer reads the documents and creates an index based on words or ideas contained in each document.

  These are the words you expect a person to enter in a search to find your site. When a web "surfer" uses a search engine, they type "key words" into a form, and the search engine returns a list of web pages that match those keywords.
  
  
• What is keyword Research?
  Keyword research is the process of analyzing search engine data to find the best balance between the keywords and phrases that are relevant to your web site and the best potential competitive niche.

  Commerce Complete is an extensive professional e-business management system, with a built-in-shopping cart/e-store. Commerce Complete not only gives you shopping cart technology, it supplies your e-business dynamic tools needed for you to manage a successful e-business, regardless of what you are selling.
  

• How soon and E-Commerce Solutions deliver a Commerce Complete related website?
  In general, it can take from 2 weeks up to a month depending on workload. This figure is also highly dependent on your timely manner of handing over information to us that is required to complete your web site.
  If you would like it sooner, it is possible to put a rush on it at additional cost. You must understand that Commerce Complete is a complete Custom solution and not a 'boxed' product. Therefore, enough time must be allowed for Custom work to be completed.
  

• What do I need to provide secure ordering?
  You will need a SSL certificate for secure ordering. A low cost certificate costs approximately $125 per year and is not included in Commerce Complete.
  However, we will guide you throughout the whole process of setting up your commerce complete ecommerce system in a timely manner. At that time we will discuss what paperwork you will need to acquire one and we will submit the request on your behalf!

• How much data entry will I need to do?
  Once your, Commerce Complete, ecommerce web site is operational, you will need to enter the products that you would like to sell.
  This is easily done on the back-end of your system. Practically anyone who's used a browser before can use one.
  If you currently have an existing web site with a database it may be possible to migrate most or all of your product entry to the new Commerce Complete system. This will strictly depend on your current system
  

• Does E-Commerce Solutions provide data entry?
  We provide data entry for our ecommerce product, Commerce Complete. Our rate is $45/hour.

• Where can I get a domain name?
  There are numerous places to get a domain name some of which are a lot less expensive than the more commonly known Network Solutions and Register.com.
  At the time of this writing you can get a domain name as low as $9/year. We will help you obtain one!

• How do I transfer my domain name to the new site?
  This depends on who your registrar is. Don't worry, we will help you with this too when the time comes in a manner that minimizes your downtime (in case you have an older site live)
  What is Website Hosting?
  Web site hosting refers to the system used by which your web site is available to your potential visitors for viewing. Your web site is stored on a remote computer, called a server, with a direct connection to the internet. It is set up to deliver web pages when anyone attempts to link to your site via any computer connected to the internet world wide.

• Can I host with E-Commerce Solutions?
  Yes, our clients have preference for hosting on our servers. Our hosting packages are competitively priced and in general, we provide more flexibility for your web site than other host do.
